It is clear that she is dedicated to a quality customer service experience for her clients that build brand value for State Farm. We brought a set of real issues to her that were not resolved by the agency within Sate Farm we were assigned to when our former agent retired. My parting shot would be for State Farm to recognize where additional training in customer service skills is needed and use the model of someone like Kristin as an example of what it looks like and what it requires. She restored the brand value that was quickly being lost by our prior experience."
